About Us
The BUNT Foundation for Education and Integrative Work coordinates and manages the establishment of the Residents’ Committee on behalf of the Neukölln District Office. For over ten years, the BUNT Foundation has been advocating for people with migration and refugee experiences in Neukölln. As a non-profit educational institution, we support the professional and social integration of people with migration backgrounds. Since the beginning of the Russian war of aggression, we have established ourselves as a reliable point of contact in the neighborhood, particularly for Russian-speaking people. Our offerings, from language courses and training to our diverse social projects, are open to all and bring together people from around the world; because BUNT means diversity.
Neukölln District Office
In Neukölln, diversity is experienced and celebrated daily. The Coordination Office for Refugees and Immigration of the Neukölln District Office actively works toward sustainable integration and participation of people with refugee experiences who live in and are accommodated in Neukölln. This involves addressing structural barriers and problems, coordinating broad engagement and diverse offerings. In Neukölln, the aim is to promote co-determination and direct participation of refugees living in accommodations within the district. For this purpose, the Coordination Office initiated the “Neukölln Residents’ Committee” project, which is funded through the Integration Fund.
